POLICIES & PROCEDURES
APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Walk-ins are always welcome, however, it is recommended that you pre-book your treatment in advance to ensure the desired appointment time and service are available. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations, but 48 hours is greatly appreciated. If you are 5 minutes late, modifications may need to be made to your appointment. If you are 10 minutes late we may need to re-schedule your appointment as a “NO SHOW”. One missed appointment, unconfirmed appointment or cancellation without proper notice (24 hours) will require a NON- REFUNDABLE prepayment of $100 for your next appointment.
FIRST APPOINTMENT:
Please arrive 15 minutes early so there is time to complete the necessary client forms on your first scheduled appointment.
FREE PARKING:
Reserved parking stalls for clients are available outside of the front entrance of the spa.
GRATUITIES AND TAXES:
Gratuities and taxes are not included in the price of your service. Gratuities may be given to your technician based on appreciation for excellent service.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! IN THE EVENT THAT YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR SERVICE, AN IN STORE CREDIT WILL BE APPLIED, REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN.
